The Glen Beach Nature Walks
This non-strenuous walk will take you through the Glen Forest, to the historical Round House, and finish through the lush Camps Bay Retreat gardens.


The Glen Beach Pilates at the Fitness Cabin
Pilates is a full-body exercise that emphasizes body alignment and correct breathing. With the help of an instructor, clients perform strength, flexibility and range of motion exercises on a special mat.

Classes are held at the Yoga and Fitness Cabin, surrounded by the lush green gardens and a shroud of peace and quiet, under the tuition of a qualified Pilates Instructor

Tennis
Tennis enthusiasts can extend themselves on Camps Bay Retreat’s beautiful tennis court. With distant sea views and surrounded by lush vegetation, the court has been described as “out of this world”. It even boasts competition standard floodlights for evening games.Guests can request a lesson or game with our resident tennis coach, whose international experience can cater for all levels including the accomplished player. Reception will gladly assist with bookings. Racquets and balls are available.

Johnny Loco Bikes
Johnny Loco bikes are available for hire at the reception office. Cruise Camps Bay on one of these, and take in the fresh ocean breeze. This is the bike to be seen on! Ask at reception for price and availability.
